The session will be part of a Master Degree course of study helded by ALTEMS – Post Graduate School of Health Economics. The opening speech of the course will be given by Teresa Knudson in remote connection. It is scheduled on 22^nd of June from 4.00 pm to 6 pm (CEST).

She will provide a brief introduction and overview of her experience in Enterprise Portfolio Manager in a worldwide recognized health institution like Mayo Clinic. She will give a dedicated focus on “Her Story” and “Her Organization”. It will provide some good background for the attendees and items they may be able to relate to.

The core part of the session will be on the “Major Dimensions of PPM” and will cover PPM Basics as the foundation, the EPMO Evolution as the structure, and the Strategic Management Spectrum as the means to bring this all together at the executive level.

The speech will have a final roundtable with key managers in Portfolio Management of Policlinico A. Gemelli Hospital. Each attendees will have the chance to make a question to Teresa Knudson in the last part of the session  

For PMI Members it will be an opportunity to meet a Teresa (Terri) Knudson, MBA, PMP, PgMP, PfMP, until a few months ago Enterprise Portfolio Manager at Mayo Clinic, a worldwide recognized health institution like Mayo Clinic. Ms. Knudson has served Mayo Clinic for over 30 years in various business areas, including strategic planning, finance, information technology, audit, business management, and operations administration. During these assignments she led some of the largest initiatives at Mayo Clinic, many earning Excellence in Teamwork Awards. Prior to joining Mayo Clinic, Ms. Knudson held positions at Deloitte and Cenex. Ms. Knudson has been an active member of the PMI Board of Directors since 2017. Prior to this role she served as a member of the Global Executive Council, was a columnist for the PM Network® magazine, participated on a Global Congress Keynote Panel, and has presented numerous times at the PMO Symposium® and PMI chapter meetings. Ms. Knudson has also written for various magazines and books, presents nationally and internationally, and consults with organizations worldwide to share knowledge to enhance PPM maturity and value.
